We did an online order, pulled up in drive thru to pick it up. It was a time to pick up at 6:36 pm. 7:20 rolls around and there is still no food for us, but everyone else served. I went in and they forgot we were waiting for our food, refused a refund, and were disgusting in handling the situation. Ride, unapologetic, and not helpful at all. So, I guess panda likes to steal your money, never purchasing here again. Ocean star is by far the better restaurant anyways.

Will NOT be going to this location anymore. This location likes to close dine-in whenever they feel like. Few of us come from work for lunch (715pm) just to find out they closed dine-in few minutes ago so they can focus on drive through. Don't say dine is open till 830pm when you just lock the doors way before closing.

It was ok. Food wasn’t really fresh. I wanted things to be crispy and still hot. I got takeaway later in the evening and maybe that is why the food wasn’t the freshest. I have had better experience with Panda Express.
