Dogs yes, leashed, collar and tags a must, as for in the water, not sure, never seen any in when I go
Definitely on leash. Not off. Need collar and tags in case officer is in bitchy mood.
Well they don't really allow dog there, but as long as your dog is on a leash and the police don't see it. Then I think you're ok. I have seen one dog there on a leash and went swimming in the water.
Yes, the park is dog friendly. Would not recommend swimming. The currents in the river are very bad.
