Got it from Costco. It's kinda big to pay $650 in advance but it's for 2 years long and you can use it wherever u travel too. It was the best deal I've ever got! And it makes you commit to it too!
If I'm not mistaken, I believe its 40 a month for a membership.
Not sure about prepaid. I am currently paying $41.99/month for all clubs. Costco has great deals on prepaid memberships though.
