my boyfriend and I went there for lunch and we went in to order for takeout, the cashier Ernestina Reyes she was not knowledgeable about the food. She was very unwelcoming and by the look of the rest of the staff supervisor included, they were not happy to be there. I forgot to ask for the KFC Hot sauce when I ordered, so when I received my order I asked if I may have some KFC hot sauce all three employees looked at me with a look like what now! I made it clear they were all very rude . Too bad I couldn’t ask to speak to the Supervisor, because she was right there with them attitude and all! Question do they have chicken wings?

My guy i went here at 10 and the employee said that they weren’t serving food at all, even the drive threw when on the door it said it closed at 11 and on google it says it closes at 11 as well I’m ashamed this dude has the right to deny service to me and I’m not overreacting I just wanted something to eat cause it was late and I didn’t have dinner yet.

Order was wrong and girl at drive thru can barely understand english so had to repeat myself 3 times and also didn't understand simple question. Never go there again.

Not sure how a KFC would run out of flour, the most important thing to make chicken, and still be open for the day? Made me waste money on a door dash order that I now have to wait to get back on my card before I get anything else.. come …
