Manager of this store needs some people skills training. Was going to shop here today, but decided not to. Sometimes being treated like a faithful customer is more important. I am done with Best Buy. I'll give my money to another store.

Ive personally felt like best buy has been falling apart. I have not been impressed with them in years. None of their employees know any information on the things they sell and none of them have gone out of their way to help any of us customers at any time when we've needed help. My family and I no longer waste our time shopping there anymore. I recommend shopping else where.
