Is getting to be a dinosaur big-box location. It use to be the place to gain some hands-on in new technology... now is a place to see and compare before shopping online unless they have a comparable ($$$) option. Employees are not as knowledgeable and I assume that the company is suffering from hiring/qualified/quality willing to work of their phones and knowing what customer service means. Sadly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked where something was and was immediately assisted and handed the item I was looking for. :) Never had any issues at any BestBuy locations. Everyone is always happy to help and friendly.

Ive personally felt like best buy has been falling apart. I have not been impressed with them in years. None of their employees know any information on the things they sell and none of them have gone out of their way to help any of us customers at any time when we've needed help. My family and I no longer waste our time shopping there anymore. I recommend shopping else where.
Your question was a month ago, hopefully your problem was resolved by calling the store. I have found the staff in the auto area very helpful. Although, appointments can be hard to get right away during busy seasons.
There is no way to contact the store directly other than through email bestbuy as a whole switched to a 24/7 national hotline

Bring them to Geek Squad at best buy. Maybe they can help or refer you elsewhere.
No you would have to go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that type of thing
