I joined Individual Fitness in Concord exactly two months ago and it has improved my quality of life immeasurably. IF prompts you to consider health in a holistic sense and provides practical, highly individualized steps to meet your goals. The owners and trainers are real human beings who know a ton about fitness and do not judge how little you know or how you have neglected your own fitness. They keep you positive and moving forward despite setbacks. The gym itself is clean, well supplied, and filled with friendliness. I am so happy I made this investment in my future and that I chose this specific business with whom to collaborate in doing so.
