If you are looking for a place that has great customer service and is timely with vehicle repair, I highly recommend going to Meineke here in Concord. The staff are very friendly, nice, and informative. While I was waiting for my inspection to be completed, I overheard a staff member helping someone with a vehicle that needed a lot of repair. It was refreshing to over hear an honest conversation that discussed the priority of repairs and what could wait vs. what was urgent. I'm taking my second car back on Thursday and am looking forward to continuing to service my vehicles at this location. Thank you for being helpful today!

Took vehicle in to have new muffler installed - took 2 days and extra $$ (over original estimate) as they couldn't remove a rusted bolt. Was told it needed new brakes to pass inspection. Took it to a brake specialist who said the brakes were fine, but pointed out the new exhaust has 'leaks". They also left parts off the car. Had to make a return trip to retrieve engine splash guard.

The guys at Meineke installed a custom aftermarket muffler to my new HD truck. They did a great job, clean welds and perfect alignment. The quote was fair and accurate.

Amazing staff, always willing to work with you and do the best they can to save you money and fix the issues at hand. 110% recommend to anyone! I have used other locations in the past and was not nearly as impressed as I was with the concord location! Thank you guys, I’ll be back for sure!
