used to really like this gym but now they have decided to downgrade to a smaller place. I thought they were going to close down for a while to upgrade the gym and make it bigger and to add new machines. There is now no room to deadlift and they didn’t add any squat racks. I am seriously considering going to Planet Fitness even though it is a gym that I have always hated.

One of the reasons I did not continue to attend is the experience I had with the trainer, good man knowledgeable, friendly. His style of training not something I could connect with or work with. This is a great gym with reasonable monthly fee and absolutely drama free place unlike many other gyms like the Zoo, Express fitness or planet fitness. Super easy to cancel and renew. My only quibble is that they don't have a squat rack or a platform to deadlift. Get rid of one of the Smith machines and put a regular squats rack please.
