why do you guys have no sense of urgency for customers who decide to dine inside? You only focus on the drive thru and i was the only customer inside and ended up waiting 15 minutes for my small order.

They fill orders in the order that they are taken, sometimes there could be several orders in front of you, and they gotta wait for food to be cooked,it can only be done so fast

I've been inside and also the drive thru. The urgency is there, but I will be patient it will get there. But you got other customers that think " I'm the only one, and I want it now ".

I'm sorry tht u went through tht. The customer is always right and if they left u waiting tht long u need to fill out a complaint. Even online. Timing is everything even if it's over the counter service inside. Not just drive thru. I use to work for McDonald's
