Pick up order is wrong 95% of the time. Today, I ordered a BMT, add bacon… sandwich came back with bacon as the only meat in the sandwich. They forget veggies requested and add veggies not requested. Never toasted as asked. I even added a comment reiterating that the sandwich be toasted and they still failed to do it. It’s as if they don’t even look at the order form. Disappointed.

These guys are generally very polite and do a very good job, and they quick with online orders and in the drive thru. Plus at the window they are super nice and have a great attitude. We have a taco bell near them now and I still would go …
