If you do an online order they will text or email you when the order is ready, based on the communication preference when you placed the order. Once you are notified the order is ready you can go in and talk to the greeter, or call from one of the curbside pickup parking spaces.
I went in person for my new phone so I'm not sure on in store pick up. I would give them a call because the lady behind me ordered and was told to pickup by 7pm.
