Absolutely worthless, set an appointment, had to wait . Explained what service I needed to two different people, finally was assisted 20 minutes after my appointment and was told by the associate call Verizon for assistance activating, but I could use their phone. He said that he could not help active a new phone purchased through Verizon because of liability pointing to the sign by the counter. When I questioned why the other two associates didn't tell me that instead of wasting my time he started talking slower as if I was a child repeating the same thing. Extremely insulting Absolutely worthless, And I seriously doubt Verizon will be contacting me. They would have to forward my comments to someone who actually cares about customer service ,

Words cannot express how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Lisa provided to us this week. She spent two full hours with us while balancing ongoing phone calls and texts to/from different service providers while checking in with and resolving other customer needs.
