I find it highly irritating when a person cannot call a store they want to shop at, and this is Best Buy nationwide ... sadly. But, if you ask, you can get the number and button to press so you can speak with someone. They are short staffed so you have to be patient. They have pretty good deals on some things. When they install electronics, they support the fixing of them. I waited too long to go back for our front and rear truck dashcams because I thought it was an electrical issue. Then, they did not have anyone to work on it because staff quit. Turned out to be a bad camera that would go off and on, sometimes not go on an entire trip. We did not drive that truck often so it wasn't a big deal, until I had to buy a new one. Our fault. Staff here really want to help, well, most of them. Seems like good help is hard to find after covid.

The store was messy and looked cluttered. today is January 15th so we're not talking about the Day After Christmas it's a few weeks after christmas and that store was a hot mess. I'm an avid Best Buy shopper but I won't be going back to that store.

They have parking places marked off towards the front. Tell them the number you are in when you call the store 😊

If you do an online order they will text or email you when the order is ready, based on the communication preference when you placed the order. Once you are notified the order is ready you can go in and talk to the greeter, or call from one of the curbside pickup parking spaces.
There is a kiosk in most walmarts that pays you a couple bucks for old phones.

It depends on the tv manufacturer, however best buy usually have a no questions asked return policy for a certain period of time. Check with your local best buy to verify the details.
Most likely depends on how long ago the purchase was made ...and would definatly get store credit if not a full refund
