I think $5.00. if you are an existing player rewards card member it should be automatically added to your account-1st day of your birthday month. However it doesn't hurt to call and ask. Also it may increase depending on level of player-- classic, gold, platinum, diamond. And 2018 newly added emerald will start. Hope this help & best of luck!
