If your going there in a big group of say 15 to 20 people it would be a good idea to call ahead and give them some notice.
For groups, yes.
Yes, you can make reservations. However we've always been able to just go in and never had much of a wait, in spite if it often being busy. I would call ahead for 5 or more people.
Yes. We called day of and they accommodated 20 of us easily.. And the party room upstairs (where I believe they host large party reservations) is pretty neat.
