Champy's Catfe is located inside FieldHaven Marketplace, FieldHaven's thrift store. The catfe is an enclosure with adoptable cats, where you can hang out with the cats and enjoy free wifi and coffee, or come to adopt the cats we have here. So, to answer your question, its technically both!
