It is my understanding the rear claws ate never removed but your best bet, instead of trusting Google, would be to call the clinic. They are a very busy clinic so be persistent when calling - it us not uncommon to get a busy signal for long periods of time.
I am not sure, I would call in the morning tomorrow and ask them that question. I don't think it was that much when we did our two kitten but we just did the front 2 legs on each not all 4 legs.
Not sure, but probably alot less than most vets.
