The clinic had never treated the breed of dog which I had and claimed “anything the breeders told me was wrong”. The vet Dr. Singh was very rude and would not listen to concerns about my dog breed. Rather than having a conversation with me they gave me brochures to “educate me”. They were very pushy and added lots of additional charges for unnecessary items such as worthless multivitamins and dental chews. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Went for Sarge's follow-up & boosters... Staff here is extremely caring and thorough. They seem to truly care about their patients. They have answered every question I've had so far and go out of their way to ensure you aren't forgetting/overlooking something you intended to mention/bring up (behavioral quirks, occasional itching, etc...) I WILL say Sarge kinda growled at a Staff member who zipped past the front desk/lobby area as we were handling business with the receptionist. He WASN'T being aggressive in my opinion. He was basically letting others know he was "aware of that person over there who's moving around pretty quick" but growling IS inappropriate and both Staff and I corrected him... Staff, verbally with a: "We don't allow growling here. That can cause problems."... Me: a slight tug on his leash with my 2nd language "No, Sir!!! Leave it!" (He seems to listen to me better with his alternative commands. Probably because he KNOWS I'm not talking to anyone else.) They may not realize it but the Staff here is one of the main reasons I've decided to stick with an alternative command language. We love this place!

This was our first visit to Monroe Veterinary Clinic and we were very impressed. The staff was very organized and friendly. We really liked Dr. Pelia. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be back with all our dumb dogs!!

Well I don't even want to give them a star! The place is dirty for one. Secondly most of the women staff are not friendly. Our first visit the tech told us to give him Iams food. Vet comes in.
