I heard that the food court Is NOT open per WTEN.
Some parts are but I'm not sure about the rest. I think the food court might be along with christmas treeshop and BarnesNNOble and LL bean and Whole foods. But the rest might be. You should call information desk before u try tho. Or check their site.
