Another not to go place in Albany NY. Average waiting time just to order your food 20 minutes. Another day i went there for take out order just standing there about 5 minutes even i rang the bell.. Extra slow service

Food was Ok, not good but not terrible. None of the staff seemed happy to be there. They weren't necessarily rude, just no smiles or pleasantries. Very depressing environment. I am looking forward to when robots and other automation technologies take over fast food restaurants.

We had never ever been to Sonic, but happened upon it after a trip to the ER. The lady who took our order wasn't a very good listener. We had to re-hash the entire order when we got to the window. …Thank you so much for sharing!
