Always check your food BEFORE you leave. They gave us small fries instead of large, plus 0 BBQ sauce and ketchup. Also, the food was ice cold, even though they supposed to prepare mobile orders on arrival instead of hours prior.

Says they open at 8 sat and waited 20 mins and then pulled up to the window and they just kept walking by without a word. Horrible service. Like if your not opening till late they could have at least said that. So rude.

Absolutely awful. I pull up to the drive through / they go “we only have nuggets and fries” which.. I thought was kind of silly but no worries / I proceeded to order nuggets and fries. However, I had to order 3 times because they kept transferring to other workers for some reason. I asked for BBQ sauce and he again went “we only have nuggets and fries” in a really rude manner (I figured they’d at least have the sauces lol). They then transferred me and asked me again what I wanted (which is weird bc they ONLY HAVE NUGGETS AND FRIES so what ELSE could I have possibly ordered) and I finally was like ooook never mind thank you, and my friend and I busted out laughing after we finally left bc it was ridiculous. It’s difficult to leave a 1-star for a fast food place because I know it’s extremely stressful… but considering y’all only had nuggets / fries, and I’m pretty sure the inside was closed…. How busy could you have been 💀

Worst customer service ever. They never ansure the drive trough window and ofen close 30 min before posted closing times. Sanitation issues everywhere could be alot better if they even tried.. that and half of the workers look like they haven't showered in months. As if thats wasn't the worst part... painfully slow service when they do feel like working.
Seems to be ok in the drive through, employees are wearing masks but the service and quality of the food was lowsy

Considering I went there sunday around 7 I believe you are blowing things a bit out of perportion here. The door did have quite a few hand prints but it was fairly clean inside.
