It took 29 minutes to get a happy meal. We ordered and were asked to pull to the side and someone would bring out our food. 20 minutes later, no one came. I had to go inside and they said my order went out. I had to show my receipt and then they made my order. No apology was given. Just straight attitude.

Tonight the Drive thru employee has a hugeeee attitude. I didn’t get through the first thing I ordered before she said “drive up” said I am not done.. she said “alright” I proceed to order & she cuts me off saying “ok drive up” still wasn’t done ordering.. all i ordered was 2 drinks and a meal.. lol needless to say they got my order wrong anyway. People are so miserable in this area, lighten up!

I agree its terrible. Most can't speak English.high price food cold and shakey. Your best bet here is to call main office and lodge your complaint. That's what happens when the minimum wage goes to $12 to $15 a hour.

Issac, try calling the store and asking to speak with a manager if its really bothering you That badly. Maybe they last water or had a plumbing issue, you never know.. They should have posted reason for being closed early in a drive-thru and on the door..
