You can walk in but risk that the bays may not be next to each other.
You CAN walk in, but with a group that big... it's probably a safe bet to reserve them... especially if it's the weekend.
If you reserve a bay it cost $50 for each bay but it does not go towards the hourly bay cost.

On a weekend, suggest reservation. Weekday probably would be okay
Contacting an event planner will be your best bet. They are super helpful and can put together a great package for your group. Ask for Kari, she coordinated my group event and was awesome to work with.
I would make a reservation because you run the risk of not getting the bays next to each other. It was really crowded when we went but it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
All depends on what time you are going in but with that many people I would not count on being next to each other without a reservation.
