Drove a long way to this location arrived an hour and a half before closing, and was turned away, unable to view any pets for adoption. Apparently they operate by appointment only even tho the website says otherwise.

The facility was very clean, however the staff was very rude. No one introduced themselves. I told to come back another day when my 3yr old would be more "interested "in the kittens we were looking at. The person "evaluating" my child without my permission only saw her for 2 minutes. The staff wasn't very diverse either, but I guess they're just catering to their clientele. Interracial couples beware.

You have to go see the pets here. They are well kept and they take the time to find the perfect fit for each one. There is also an option for training.

Second time coming here to look for a pet to adopt and it’s always a rule…too late and appointment only. It’s unfortunate when you’re able to walk into a pet store and see any animal you want but those needing adoption there’s strict rules to adhere to. Front girl said we can look at the cats but they’re almost done for the day… pretty much sounds like she wanted us out.

Just go online to their website fill out the form and they will contact You. In order to walk the dogs You have to be 18 or older. If not an adult must accompany You.
You could have to look at the website often they have all shapes and sizes but you never know what pets would come
Yes, they are free to the right home if over 7 years
Do you accept old towels
It depends on how old they are. Call the Naperville Area Humane Society. Good luck and if it were up to me, I'd take them all. HTH
They don't declaw, and recommend not to do it. That's one of the questions on the adoption papers.
Yes
It's best to just call them to see what their procedure is? I know the shelter in my old home town had people pay a fee to drop off a pet to be adopted.
They have been requesting more dog walkers lately also (as well as cleaners).
Hi. You don't have to make an appointment. Go to the website and find the viewing hours. They have carriers for transport.
Well it's meant for possible adoption. They have volunteers to care and play with the animals.
Senior Dogs (7 years and older): Fee waived, courtesy of The Lucky 7 Fund Adult Dogs (6 months to 6 years): $200 Puppies (2 to 5 months): $275
Not very long, you just need to have an official ID and make sure your new friend gets along with any other pets and/or children
