Can all hardware stores be this good? Plenty of employees to help. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful and didn't just point in a generic direction. Great prices on everything too. This area is under-served big box hardware store wise but I won't need them for 90% of my purchases now that I found this spot.

As a female walking into this store feels like trying to buy car parts. Any time I ask a question the response is mansplaining something I didn't even ask about. When the females are working I've never had an issue. I've always been able to find what I need and checking out is usually pleasant. But if I could ask for a can of paint without a 40-50 year old man telling me about how I should handle the project he knows nothing about, yea that'd be nice.

Not a fan of this store. Employees were not easy to find. Interacted with an employee for guidance on how to stop a leak, did want to be bothered and rushed through an explanation. Cashiers did not seem to care rather talk to each other than help ring me out. Did not even look at me throughout the transition. Don’t recommend

9 out of 10 times I get excellent customer service! there customer service people are also knowledgeable, unlike many of the big box stores. they are a bit more expensive than HD, but I think porting a neighborhood business is always a good …

It should if you drill the new holes 7/8" . But you will still have preexisting holes

I'm not exactly sure if they rent sawzalls butim confident that there is a good chance that they do. They are the local hardware store that has it all with neighborly service that makes you feel like part of the family

STANLEY'S TRUE VALUE HARDWARE Do alot of services in the store. In all my years going there .. that is one service they don't do. Go to the web site and check services.
