Not currently, but in the next 3 years, when it has been abandoned and the building is taken over by nature, they may revisit this policy.
They’d maybe get more business if they did allow dog walking. There’s a way it could be managed safely for people and stores!
The only mall I know of that is dog friendly, with the exception of service animals, is partridge creek.
