There's so many empty shops! ☹ I remember when it was always super busy and there were more shops. COVID hit everyone hard though and the shops that remained are still amazing. Taking off 2 stars because I feel my experience was very limited.

Wow. This place used to be great fifteen years ago. What happened? 😲😳 Walking around in here now, it seems much like a trip down memory lane. However in this case, I think this might be part of the problem. An old Gen-X mall rat that used to haunt this place, can't help but feel critical with the current lack of direction that this place has in the here and now. At least the carousel still operates.

The Mall has always been pleasant looking, but could use an up grading in style & contrast. A lot of missing customers. Customers will come if any establishment makes the effort to bring them in. Other nearby retailers right our their front door where you can go from your car to inside their establishment is their competition.

New to area. My daughter lives the carousel.(is only $1 and parents ride for free with child) Mall is clean, but noticed a lot of empty store spaces. Unfortunately i feel most malls are ending up like that with all the online shipping

I don't but I have 2000s and 2010s memories
Yes, look in the very y middle of the mall and you should find it
I believe they do it at gorgeous eyebrows
Santa is at the mall, and you can get pictures of your children.
They still had school supplies but the backpacks were picked over
Seating on the food court has recently reopened. A handful of food service is available. Not sure how many food stands are closed because of failing malls vs pandemic. Only 3-4 food places open to choose from. Pretzel place around the corner from the food court has been open as well.
Some of the dept stores have carts and the mall has stroller type carts for babies or kids but not a generic shopping cart no
By vandalizing mall property and or not considering other ppls safety and being a over all danger to society.
Yes, inside Target.
Rumor is, the owners are not going to put any more money into the place & will it falter on it's own accord. Once that's done either a Senior high rise, or Snr. Community of homes will be built. 2nd choice, or 3rd if you prefer, the place will be torn down, removed & a new mall will take its place. Separate stores akin to what they have designed @ Gratiot & Hall Rd. if you get down that way. Separate stores with their own entrances. Like what was common before malls. You know, so you can go shop to shop in the snow, rain, cold, heat, sleet, freezing rain. All the good stuff before you could shop in a dry, warm facility. Alfred Taubman you silly goose.
Am I the only person who found this question to be comical?!
Not currently, but in the next 3 years, when it has been abandoned and the building is taken over by nature, they may revisit this policy.
No. Rumor is it will be turned into a storage facility. Thats why repairs are neglected and rent is increasing. They want everyone out
No
It's always best to all the mall itself. You're asking reviewers.
Mall Santa’s ordinarily prefer to make money off their efforts, but sneaking photos is allowed if unnoticed.
All of the phone stores are in one area which is the south end of the mall before Targets
This service is unavailable at Bircheood Mall, but there is a large selection of payphones for your convenience.
9am and they’ll be closing their doors in another 2 years.
Yes
Not sure
I don't know if the store in the mall is there still. There is a store called Cash for Gold in the plaza with the old Gander Mountain.
