Is there a light house you can go in and tour?

You can walk the pier right up to it but you can't go in it

I could be wrong but i think they offer limited tours

I don't believe so.

I was just at the St Joseph Light House 2 weeks ago on a Friday and we got to take the tour. They do have limited hours and weather can be a factor. We were the last tour because they were closing because of the storm that was coming in. The wind at the top of the light house was probably blowing about 30+ miles an hour. Water was splashing up on the concret walkway to the light house.

Yes the heritage museum offers light house tours on Friday and Saturday. Between 12 and 2 delening on the weather. Check heritage museum website

There are several in Michigan but the Big Sable light in ludington is my favorite.
