There's a small sand dunes area at the entrance of Tiscornia Park, but mainly it's a beach with a nice walk to the lighthouse. And plenty of beach to walk

Yes, to the right of the main entrance, but then again I didn't look around too much. The largest sand dune I saw was probably around 20ft tall.
