The beach which is beautiful is free of charge as well as a 3 hour parking which is also free and located quite close to the beach.
No entry fee to the beach. Only parking fee if you park right at the beach. There is an extra parking lot up by the splash pad... if you can find a spot you pay at the kiosk and if I recall it's all day parking, it is cheaper than the actual beach parking.
If you park on the bluff and walk down the stairs, you can park for free. Easy to do. Wheelchair access too.
No but you have to pay to park by the beach. 6 dollars if you live in berrien county 12 if you do not. Or there is a smaller cheaper lot about a block away next to their splash pad that is pay by the hour but I am not sure how much that one costs.
