Just called him back like they said on my review guy said i had to remove my review still didn’t resolve my issue so i recorded the conversation i might make it public in local news. Owner is very rude no customer service skills.
There are cameras on premises now owner does need some etiquette in manners.
I was looking for a car wash I guess I won't go here but the other person is right in California you can only have cameras up for a viewing site you cannot have a recorded conversation when both parties agree not just one has to be to both of you or it's not admissible and it's illegal that's why cameras and works and lobbies and dressing rooms all have no sound. And when they record those police videos and things like that I'm surprised in California they can get away with it because you unless look you say to the police officer I'm recording you and he doesn't say stop it but if you said stop you wouldn't be able to record The Voice I must have two different but I don't know I work on job sites where we couldn't record anything unless we ask the Christmas permission as we were doing the job walk
Make sure you tell the other party of you are recording. Otherwisw, they can use this against you. Im with you on this. The owners a jerk. Dont trust anyone here. But protect yourself.
