A few weeks ago my mom and I came here and were meeting with a larger party. We got our name on the list. They do not call or text, or give you a tracker thingy. I was told to stick around where I can hear them. I told her we would be sitting right outside in the car since my mom is handicapped. She said it was fine and that the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. After 40 minutes I walked inside to check what our time was looking at. We were parked RIGHT IN THE FRONT AND IN HANDICAPPED. Literally right out the front doors. No workers ever came outside to call names at all. WE had a clear view of the front door. They said they gave our table away and tried to say she stepped outside and called for us. I then asked them to put us back on the list and she said okay and it would be maybe 15 to 20 minutes. When my party arrived we went inside to ask about the wait time and they then told us another hour! WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR ALREADY! Birthday girl did not want to wait and so my party of 9 left to Red Robins.

So I've been sitting here for about an hour and all I have in front of me is a menu. We ordered beer which they were out of. We ordered off the happy hour menu but because the server had to return several times to tell us they were out of the beer we ordered he didn't put the order in so we were told we missed happy hour but we didn't. We then ordered the house sampler but they were out of onion rings, so they wouldn't serve the sampler. The manager came over and made several excuses as to why they couldn't serve because the computer takes it off the screen, so I asked there's nothing she could do and she said No! She never once asked how they can make it right. Shebtold me I can come back tomorrow if zinwant to talk to the GM, wow! She then walked away and left the server on his own, poor guy not his fault. The leadership here is terrible. If I were to have dealt with this the way she did, I would have been written up. So I will not be ordering food tonight or ever again from this Hospitality BWW establishment in San Bernardino, CA.

The service was relatively ok. I went around 3pm, so it wasn’t busy. I had the new Doritos wings, and they were tasty. The reason for my 4 rating is because I had received an email about house beer being $3 per tall; however, I was told that they weren’t doing it. So it was very disappointing.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were greeted by a friendly staff who were quick to inform us that the whole menu wasn't available. The wings were available, so I was hopeful.
