If you have a handicap plaque or medical identification card you can park at the shop otherwise bus is free
Absolutely not. The bus is mandatory and temporary. If they charged I'm sure it would be an issue. You get an orange ticket after registration and if you lose your ticket between registration/the shuttle/standing outside before getting your ID scanned, then you're out of luck. You only pay for the product you walk away with.
