If someone is handicapped/ wheelchair bound are they still required to take the shuttle (and it handicap accessible)?

The shuttle is not handicapped accessible. I'm sure theyd allowed you to park at the store or where the shuttle drops off...I feel they wouldn't be inconsiderate like that

Even if the person doesn't have a medical card to purchase?

If you have a placard you can park in the lot at the store.
