It depends on what the aggression issues are. They are a no kill shelter which means they will never put to sleep an "adoptable dog" but if is dog is deemed unadoptable he will be put to sleep. Many people think a no kill shelter means they will never put an animal to sleep but that is not the case it means they won't put an adoptable animal to sleep.

I think they would, they are a no kill shelter so the dog would just be quarantined and maybe placed with a foster to work on the aggression. I've never heard of them turning down a pup (I'm a volunteer).
