I haven't been in there for a long time to eat but the last time I was there playing about a month ago and October of 2021 it seemed like the restaurant was open and from what I remember the buffet was actually pretty tasty when I went a few years back

I don't know if it's open in the day but it was closed and dark when we were there from about 9pm to 1 am
