Id prefer to stay at northern queen and they have clear weekly rates
2 weeks 2 much ive never had a worse experience with a hotel in my 38 years of life. The owner accused me of property damage because i asked for a partial refund when he refused to fix or replace the broken phone or the broken microwave. I left a $30 phone charger in the room at checkout and they threw it away(pocketed it i assume). They cant produce pictures because there was no damages and they also accused me of physical aggression while i spoke to him on the lobby phone. I wouldn't suggest getting involved with this guy. If he doesn't like you because you stand up for yourself it's likely he will repeat these actions (i believe).
We stayed there for over a month and we got a slight discount on the weekly rate.
The owner will work with you on a weekly rate if you call.
