Most of the rooms I've been in seem large enough for your purposes, but many have closets or kitchens, the doors of which may be a bit small. I would suggest calling the office directly and asking for a room suitable for your needs.

The climbing suite have some handicap accessible features, but depending on your needs, we I would recommend calling the office to ask about your needs.
Call them. They have a great friendly staff and can answer questions about handicap etc.
If you get one of the bigger room's there's a lot more space but wouldn't recommend a 1 bed room if someone is disabled.
