Depends on if they can contact you. Sometimes you can get in right away if you have a phone or close contact number. You have to pass drug test and breathalyzer.
To be honest with you i believe this was the building my dog and i slept on the lite door way of homeless one night. It was the safest spot i could find. My cousin who lives in Auburn said it was the women's clinic she went to, it took a couple weeks to get in, she loved there care and said they were amazing.
