I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ANYONE IS TALKING ABOUT. IF YOU'RE ASKING ABOUT WALMART (I LOVE WALMART) I LIVE IN NYC AND THERE'S NO WALMART.. I GO THERE EVERY CHANGE I GET.. IT'S FUN... IDK I CALL WALMART A LOT I MEAN I'M NOT SO HAPPY WITH THE WEBSITE WHEN IT COMES X TO PAY BILLS. LATELY ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I END UP CALLING.. THEY DO ANSWER THE PHONE, SO DOES THE STORE. MAYBE YOU HAVE THE WRONG# IDK GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!!!!!!😊

Not all departments have phones and the main ones people call for (ie. electronics, automotive, customer service etc) are more of the busier departments so all of the associate's are usually busy helping other customers. It's not like they're just refusing to answer the phones.
