Yes the beach it's free if you're a ct resident or $22 weekends 15 weekdays ...camping residents $20 /night $30/night non ct residents

Yes it's free if you are a Connecticut resident, you will be charged a fee, I know it's 15.00 during the week for out of state cars, not sure about the weekend fee for out of state
