Bangkok noodle is a good first choice. You can choose your meat of choice and spice level.
Thai is traditionally spicy, but you can specify no heat on anything, and I often do. Try the pad thai, three flavor duck, any of the curries (panang is my favorite), the choo chee (mixed seafood highly recommended), or one of the specials - and don't forget the sticky sweet rice for dessert.
