This is one of the nastiest hotels I’ve walked into! Despite being told my room was just cleaned, there were soap stains and actual spider webs in the shower! Mold in the AC, I’m sure it was blowing into the air and my lungs … elevator floors and walls nasty and stained, plus the strong stench on the elevator that sticks to you! The toilet was just gross. The fixtures are rusted, spacing between the doors (allowing things to crawl in), lumpy/uncomfortable mattress… It was just a horrible experience and Hilton either needs to remodel and raise the standard OR hire staff concerned enough to at least CLEAN the current property… Never. Again.

Upon arrival to my room, I found a human tooth on a counter in the bathroom, as well as blood on one of the room pillows. The pillow was covered with a fresh clean case. This property clearly has no standards in cleanliness, nor does it care about customer health and safety. I was booked for a week, but checked out immediately.

The room's bathroom had mold stains in numerous places. The indoor pool was not heated, so is not a great selling point in the winter when the ambient room temp drops and, thus, the pool water drops - doing water aerobics in the shallow (3') felt like doing water aerobics in an ice bath. Upon check-in, I went to fix myself a fresh coffee in the lobby only to be told by front desk staff they no longer keep coffee out all day (it was approximately 8:45p at night). Despite being a Hilton rewards member, I did not receive the typical bottle of water or other treatment/amenities common at Hilton-family properties. The blackout window curtain would not close completely, so the bright parking lot light just outside my window shone in all night long.
