The "service manager"I think her name is Lin or Lynn,short,caucasian, kind of stumpy,is very,very,very,very rude!There's no way she should've elevated to the member of management team!HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS/COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!

What in specific way was she so? Are you sure your not just taking your bad day out on someone? Not saying she was or wasn't what you claimed, but sometimes people are unreasonable toward service providers. I don't know her, but I've found the service exceptional @ Texas Roadhouse considering how busy they always are.

I was at the one in Horn Lake Ms yesterday, my food wasdry and aweful. Something is a miss with them.
