Yes they have fishing. Plenty of stocked fish.

Trout are stocked there in early spring. Other times use bait for bluegills or bass.

There is a lake, no running water in camping areas, I don't think it's a good idea to fish the lake, to many people. It's right up 64 so you could fish the Ocoee. My opinion only. Hope it helps.

I'm pretty sure there is, and if not, there is fishing nearby. There is hiking, camping and swimming.
