Go to web site for the chain and fill out an app. Then call the local store and ask for the manager.

At this point alot of the fast food places will be hiring everywhere. Id work there just to learn their recipe.

Idk about hiring right now but if they're like the other restaurants than yes you can work there at 16. Try calling and asking for the hiring manager.
