This Popeyes used to be awesome. Not sure what has happened in the past couple of weeks, but the service has gone downhill fast. The food is decent, but the service has been terrible. I can no longer come here for lunch because it just takes so long and they forget items.

I asked for no pickle and extraayo on my chicken sandwich. Instead I get a cold chicken sandwich with extra pickle and no mayo. Who wants to eat a cold dry chicken sandwich? I'm on a tight schedule as I do a lot of traveling and have to be at appointments on time for estimates. Fast food isn't the greatest choice but convenient. I don't have time to turn around and drive back 5 miles to get new food and this workers want ridiculous wages for 0 skill jobs. Smh
