What a beautiful place!!. The sites were set up so we could back our big rig in with ease. The views were outstanding. The office staff were so friendly and helpful. There was shopping close by. I would recommend this to any one.

Great cement pads full hook up service and on the water. Prices are okay but the location is what your paying for. Of course when you have nice locations it brings in the people who believe they are entitled to anything and everything. Most people have been very nice during our stays here but our current neighbor needs to take his expensive motor coach back to South Carolina and stay there. These people are everywhere but why do I always seem to find them? 🤷🏻♂️

Quaint, smaller rv park on Lake St. Claire. All sites are cement, back in and close together. Premium sites boast picnic tables. Newer 30/50 amp service with water and sewer hook ups. Lots of rules here ( make sure to read before booking) that could either make or break a nice stay depending on your perspective. They seem very concerned about pet urination on the grass. Although they do accept dogs, they expect them to urinate in one strip of grass and NOT anywhere else. We were told that they do not want any discolored areas in the grass. This was quite a challenge for a dog with a full bladder to hold it until they could make it to the desired area. Also if you are wanting to set up anything extra outside like a kennel, doggie play fence, canopy, screen room, etc, it must be done on the cement only. Fire pits not allowed on sites but they do have 2 beautiful fire pits near the lake. One is wood burning and the other is gas, surrounded by Adirondack Chairs. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The one thing I will say was not explained was the traffic noise. Some times it was extreme starting at 5 ish a.m. and lasting until 10 ish p.m.. Everyone we spoke with who stayed here mentioned this. We enjoyed the proximity to the Detroit/Troy area. We were not impressed by the restaurants near the RV Park, however not far away on Hall Rd there is about any restaurant you could want. Also be pepared for a drive to locate propane. Their suggestion was over 15 mins away as they do nor offer propane service at your RV. If asked if we would stay there again, the answer is yes. Even with the minor inconveniences mentioned it still is the nicer option in the area.

I was planning a vacation to lake St. Clair for a camping and fishing trip. Called this place for accommodations and management was short and rude. They will not allow campers older than ten years even if it is very well kept. Glad I did not spend money here. Staying here would be miserable.
