"fresh" Is good, but I'm not going to give up looking just yet, thank u & Happy Holidays.
You would probably need to find some at a farmers market or a greenhouse. You can grow it in the spring and harvest for drying. I like taking the easy way out myself and I buy the pre-chopped "fresh" garlic in a tube. Not the kind that's marinated in a jar.
